He was predeceased by: his parents, Estle Cullers and Marian Cullers (Leslie); his daughter Kathy Cullers Burrows (James); his brothers, Roger (Doris Cullers), Larry Cullers and Jerry Cullers; and his brothers-in-law, Eugene Morescki, Ernest Neuber (Shirley) and Richard Neuber.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann Neuber; his daughters, Cheryl Cullers-Hoard (John), Cindy Cullers-Smith (Ronald) and Pam Cullers-Benner (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Leslie Cady, Jamie Burrows (Xzavier Mallard), Shelby Shaull (Shawn), Jonathan Hoard (Erin), Joshua Hoard (Kailey), Maranda Smith (Colter Manley), Clint Smith (Kara), Madison Smith (Brandon Feltz), Marissa Smith (Jordan Madden), Amber Lee (Todd Galloway), Samantha Lee, Spencer Cullers, Brianna Benner and Corey Benner; his great grandchildren, Kiara Stevenson, Cayden Stevenson, Kyla, Leo Mallard, Austin, Delilah, Tyson, Taylor, JD Shaull, Jackson, Kenney, Houston, Oakley Hoard, Cyrus Hoard, Riley Nelson, Allie Oberholsor, Knox, Felicity, Marshall Galloway, Effy, Elliott Benner, Sage, Markie, Holly Manley, Finn and Harrison Madden; and his sister Sharon Morescki.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service (2720 Muscatine Ave, Iowa City, IA 52240). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in his honor to Iowa City Hospice or the Coralville Library.
