He was predeceased by : his father Howard Levis; his son Mike Levis; his grandson Ryan Gipson; and his nephew Scott Couchman. He is survived by : his mother Doris Levis (Zimmerman); his wife Mary Lou Levis; his sister Betty Couchman (Richard) of Corydon, IA; his daughters, Sheila Gipson (Scott) of Beach City, TX and Sherri Schmidt (Adam) of Cedar Falls, IA; his daughter-in-law Carrie Levis of Blythedale, MO.; and his grandchildren, Brooke Carrillo (Francisco), Mitchell, Madison Bower, Peyton Schmidt, Jessica, Megan, Gage Levis and Klint Stark.
Due to COVID-19 and the regulations put in place by the CDC, attendance will be restricted to no more than 10 people inside of Thomas Funeral Home at one time.
