She was predeceased by : her parents, Warren Baer and Phyllis Baer (Lee). She is survived by : her husband David Riggs of Council Bluffs; her daughters, Angi Redd (Chris) of Papillion and Brandy Bach (Tim) of Council Bluffs; her grandchildren, Jack, Dylan Redd, Ryan and Cali Bach; her sister Michelle Brown (Jeff) of Council Bluffs; and her nieces, Kailee and Krechele Brown.
