She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto E. Guska and Helene Guska (Kupke); her husband Herbert Rossbund; her son Gunter; and her brother Heinz Guska.

She is survived by: her children, Horst Rossbund (Kathy) of Council Bluffs, Helga Calkins (Edward) of Treynor and Marianne Hamilton (Tom) of Council Bluffs; her grandchildren, Krissa Rossbund, Michael Rossbund (Jackie), Becky Lee (Thomas), Angie Holmes (Craig), Gerry Calkins (Ashley), Jim Calkins (Mallory), Rachel Probst (Scott) and Zach Hamilton (Krystle); and her sister Irmgard Reuter of Hanover, Germany. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to St. Paul Lutheran Church in Council Bluffs, IA.
