As Mary Louise departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Mary Louise may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mary Louise leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter R. Adams and Lilly Mae Adams (Holloway); and her siblings, Connie Smith, Robert L., Roy A. and Virgil W. Adams.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Jarvis; and her children, Kathy Cornell of Manning, Iowa, Terry Gach (Tiffany) of Omaha and Todd Gach of Council Bluffs, D. J.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home & Crematory (545 Willow Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51503). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ridgewood Cemetery (1350 E Pierce St, Council Bluffs, IA 51503). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
