He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph P. Kelly and Marie Kelly (Ryan); his wife Elaine V (Roos); and his sons, Joseph Patrick and Patrick Leo.
He is survived by : his children, Quinn Kelly Jr. (Pam), David Kelly, Ryan Kelly, Anne Patten, Kristin Kelly and Veronica Kelly-Mower. He is also survived by Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephew and Great Nieces, Great Nephews.
