She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Dugger and Mildred Dugger (Kimmel); her brother Dale Dugger; and her son-in-law Donald Elrod. She is survived by: her children, Debra Elrod, Lori Babbitt (Gregg) and Jeff Myers (Julie); and her grandchildren, Lindsay (Jerry), Carrie (Josh), Kimberly (Chris), Kayla (Robert), Samantha (Miguel) and Tyler (Bri). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home (1221 N 16th St, Council Bluffs, IA 51501). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
