He is survived by: his wife Sandra Franks; his children, David Fisher, Shawn Fisher (Brandy), Angel Fisher, Chris Fisher (Jen), Nicholas Franks and April Franks; and his siblings, Dan Franks (Jean), Valerie Anderson (Bob), Diane Bauer (Earl) and Lori Warrenfeltz (Jim). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
