He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Frank Sands and Vera Wood Sands; his wife Dorothy Ann (Jones) of Crawfordsville; his children, Virginia Sands of Crawfordsville, Dale (Ada Sue) of Cedar Rapids and LeAnn Felts (Rex) of Crawfordsville; his grandsons, Roy, David and Ryan Felts; and his great grandchildren, Izabelle Felts and Evan Felts.
