She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Tharp and Wilma Tharp (Applebee); her former husband Wayne J. Winter of Patrick's Catholic Church; her daughters, Shari Fitzjarrell and Betty Lou Beem; and her sons-in-law, Bill Beem and Benny Feltz.
She is survived by: her husband David M. Cerka of Crawfordsville, Iowa; her children, Regina Feltz of Kalona, Iowa and John Winter of North Liberty, Iowa; her son-in-law Joe Fitzjarrell of St. Peters, Missouri; and her children, Colleen Cregg (Richard) of Lincoln, Nebraska, Jolleen Cerka of Ainsworth, Iowa and David M. Cerka II (Veronica) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the United Church of Crawfordsville (105 N Chestnut St, Crawfordsville, IA 52621).
