She was predeceased by : her parents, Orma Thomas Cooper and Della Irene Cooper (Hackett); her former life partner John Grossnickle Sr.; her grandson Jacob Ryan Grossnickle; and her nephew Ron McCullough.
She is survived by : her husband Jim Damewood; her aunt Vi Hackett of Wisconsin; her sisters, Ruby McCullough of Altoona and Norma Brown (Ron) of Prescott, Iowa; her children, John Grossnickle (Trista) of Corning, Shawn Dorsett of Mt. Ayr, Mindy Bailey (Greg) of Creston, Brian Damewood (Carla) of Corning and Brenda Steeve (Dan) of Corning; her grandchildren, Cooper Stoaks (Todd), Dillon, Ashtyn, Taylor, Tonna, Marcey, Jerney, Samantha Mendenhall (Ross), Ashly, Shelby Sandoval (Suma), Dalton and Jason; and her great grandchildren, Harlee, Harper and Kayce.
