He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Leo Bills and Golda Alvetta Core; his siblings, Bernard and Lois; his brothers-in-law, Virgil and Bob; and his sons-in-law, Chester Gatliff and Michael Quinn.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lee (Shuey); his children, Shelley Longstaff (Jeff), Cynthia Quinn, Kim Gatliff and Kevin Bills (Holly); his grandchildren, Heather Colvin (Scott), Adam Quinn (Liz), Ryan Quinn, Brooke Pruitt, Amy Longstaff, Megan Gatliff and Madison Gatliff; his great grandchildren, Jenna Pruitt, Aidain Quinn and Harper Gatliff; and his siblings, Marlin Bills (Dorothy) and Doris Johnson.
