She was predeceased by : her parents, Duane 'Bud O'Neall and Joyce O'Neall (Boham); her grandson Samuel Dunkerson; and the father of her children Douglas Dunkerson. She is survived by : her former life partner Douglas Dunkerson; her close friend Jon Sanden; her children, Bart Dunkerson of Creston, Sarah Koehne (Kris) of Ankeny and Eric Dunkerson (Sara Lynn) of Alleman; her granddaughters, Bethany and Abigail Dunkerson; her siblings, Summit Mo, Janice Nurnberg (Randy) of Creston and Randy O'Neall (Debbie) of Creston; and her aunts, Dolores Moran of Osceola and Kaye Lescher of Ankeny. She is also survived by step-children and step-grandchildren.
