He was predeceased by: his parents, Irma G. Frus (Reeve) and Clarence Joseph Frus; and his wife Mary (Heatherington). He is survived by: his partner Waldean Hargis of Creston; his partner's daughters, Vickie Gardner of Audubon and Mary Smith; his cousin Pat Turner (Dave) of Ames; and his stepchildren, Pamela Hoadley-Deeds (Bill Deeds) of Sioux City, Neal Hoadley of Ashville, N. C., Nels Hoadley (Ruthi) of Overland and Leo Hoadley (Cindy) of Belle Plaine, Kan.. He is also survived by nine step-grandchildren; and 4 step-great-grandchildren.
