He is survived by: his children, Gary Oetken (Pam) of Danville, Chuck Oetken (Sandee) of New London, Mary Sylvester (Scott) of Ankeny and Sharon Schinstock (Randy) of Mt. Pleasant; his grandchildren, Riley Smith, Sarha Smith (Dave), Julie Warner, Adam Pulse (Cheryl), Samantha Carter (Jeremy), Colton Schinstock, Grant Sylvester and Ashley Schinstock; and his sister-in-law Joanne Oetken of Burlington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
