He is survived by : his wife Sue (Stwalley); his siblings, Renee', Rita and Phillip; his daughters, Susan DeAnn, Lisa Michell, Regina Renee Anna Marie and Ashley Nicole; his godson Cody James; and his stepsons, Joseph and James.
