She is survived by: her children, Amanda Fifer, Jeremy Fifer (Sarah), Josh Fifer and Andrea Durand (A. J.); her stepson Brent Fowler; her grandchildren, Ava, Aiden and Amara; and her parents, Jack Sampica and Marjorie Sampica. She is also survived by siblings; nieces; nephews; and many extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home (614 Main St, Davenport, IA 52803). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In honor of her memory, the family asks that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to one of the nonprofit organizations to which she devoted so much of her time and heart.
