She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Mannhardt and Sarah Mannhardt (Buffum); her sons, Dean and Brian Levetzow; and her brothers, Rev. Dan Mannhardt and Eugene Mannhardt.
She is survived by: her husband Harvey Levetzow; her children, Kevin Levetzow (Pam), Jeffrey Levetzow (Lianne), Craig Levetzow (Kathy), Christine Kuehl and Brad Levetzow (Cindi); her daughters-in-law, Cheryl Levetzow and Kathleen Crawford (Steadman); James Mannhardt (Jeralee).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul the Apostle Parish.
