She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Schroeder and Irene Schroeder (Hertzberg); her brother Daniel Schroeder; her half-sister Lila Andresen; and her great grandchildren, James DeVol and Brittney Thompson.

She is survived by: her husband Walter H. Lambert; and her children, Gloria Lambert of Davenport, Christine Wenaas (John) of Glen Ellyn, IL, Walter Lambert Jr. (Betty) of Davenport and James Lambert of Walcott. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in her memory.
