She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Leo Brophy and Margaret Brophy; her husband Edward; her sons, Thomas (Wendy) of Omaha, NE, Matt (Chiara) of Mount Vernon, IA, Gregory (Barb) of Clemmons, NC, Mark (Dru) and Tim (Kathe) of Centennial, CO; her sisters, Rose Pedersen and Loretta Glowacki (Jerry); and her sister-in-law Pat Brophy. She was also cherished by 12 Grandchildren and 12 Great-Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kahl Home or Genesis Health Services Hospice.
