She was predeceased by : her parents, George DeVriendt and Ellen DeVriendt (Kennedy); her husband James E. Perkins; and her grandson Joe Perkins. She is survived by : her children, Jodee Toalson (Chris) of Bettendorf, Julie Watkins (Steve) of Denton, Texas, Scot Wilkins (Lisa) of Bettendorf and Jason Perkins (Shannon) of Davenport, Iowa; her daughter-in-law Sue Tubbs; and her siblings, Gene Lucht and Carol Hartvigsen.

Memorials may be made to Scott County Humane Society.
