She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Lowe and Hilda Evans Lowe; her husband Charles "Charlie" Fisher; her grandson Jeremy Fisher; and her sister Margaret Barton.
She is survived by: her sons, David Fisher (Sally) of Milan and Dale Fisher (Christine) of Rock Island; her grandchildren, Christopher, Carrie, Andrew, Erin, Nick, Molly and Josh; her stepgrandchildren, Shaun and Katie; her great grandchildren, Banaster, Lafayette, Kyler, Evan, Braydan, Carston, Kendrick, Cohen, Hudson, Korben, Finley, Joanie and Charles; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Maddy, Austin, Gus and Parsa; and her brothers, Peter and Ray Lowe. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (201 4th Ave E, Milan, IL 61264). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Chippiannock Cemetery (2901 12th St, Rock Island, IL 61201).
