He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvard Sinclair and Dorothy Sinclair (Brown); his wife Sylvia Ann Webster; his daughter Linda Sinclair; and his sister Helen Frost.
He is survived by: his children, Jean Sinclair (Dennie Jamieson) of Davenport and Nancy Dunston (Dave) of Wilton, IA; his son-in-law Phil Sinclair of Tampa, FL; his grandchildren, Tim Dominicus (Tina) of Davenport, Shaun Dunston (Amanda Caes) of Jacksonville, FL, Sheena Dunston (Tom Jesse) of Wilton, IA and Steven Sinclair (Candice) of Tampa, FL; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlin Dominicus (Brandon Hazelwood) of Davenport, Emma Dominicus of Davenport and Hazen Lawrence Williams of Wilton.
Memorials may be made to New Hope Presbyterian Church or Ridgecrest Village.
