She was predeceased by: her parents, Delos Kass and Alberta Kass (Chervenka); her husband Dick Mackin of Joseph's Catholic Church; and her siblings, Joe, Mary, Theresa and Paul.

She is survived by: her children, Richard Patrick Mackin (Katrina) of Port Deposit, Robert Michael Mackin (Julie) of Silvis, Shiela Ann Mackin of Reno and Brian Christopher Lehan Mackin (Melissa) of Coralville, Iowa.

Memorials may be directed to Unity Point Hospice.
