She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Powers and Della Powers (Scharfenberg); her husband Donald Richard Laverenz of Mary's Catholic Church; and her sisters, Phyllis Gimm (Leo), Edna Wagner (Jim) and Mel Laverenz (Gene Laverenz).
She is survived by: her children, Donald Laverenz, Jr., Robert Laverenz, Patricia Ferguson (Dan Kohler) and Barbara Stanger (Jeff); her granddaughter Michelle Gravert; her sister Della Jean Andresen (Marty); and her sisters-in-law, Terri Laverenz and Kathy Laverenz.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church (4105 N Division St, Davenport, IA 52806). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the family to establish a memorial at a later date.
