She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry O'Hara and Camilla O'Hara (Moeller); her brothers, Kenneth O'Hara and Richard O'Hara; and her grandson James Roger Woody.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Simmons; her children, Scott Simmons, Cynthia Puck, Patricia Weese, Kathleen Ellis, Joseph Simmons, Keith Simmons and Sandra Zoelzer; and her sisters, Camilla Poston and Colleen Bryant. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made as gifts in Mary's name to the Immaculate Conception School or the Church (505 East North Street, Morris, IL. 60450).
