We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2024, at the age of 73, Pamela Sue Kinner of Davenport, Iowa, born in Muscatine, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Roger Smith and Roberta Smith (Bales); her husband Allen Kinner; and her siblings, Linda Hawkins and Roger Smith.

She is survived by : her children, David Seibert, Steven Seibert, Suzette Jacques and Michael Seibert (Shanda); her brother Greg Smith (Marcy); her siblings-in-law, Hank Hawkins and Rhonda Smith; and her friends, Roland and Robert. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends.
