He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Couchman and Anna Couchman (Gunter); his son-in-law Dave Wheeler; and his great grandchild Carissa Wells. He is survived by: his former wife Joan Munden; his spouse Ardell Lacina (Libberton); his children, Neila Wheeler of Davenport, Dennis Couchman (Opal) of Davenport, Becky Cain (John), Des Moines, Steve Couchman (Molly), Las Vegas and Lori Leamer (Todd Stuhr); his stepson Steven Lacina (Cathy); his siblings, Marvin Couchman (Jane), Donna Bryan (Bill), Danny Couchman (Rosemary) and Richard Couchman (Betty); and his brother-in-law Larry Munden (Lesa). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren with 2 on the way; and one great-great grandchild.
