He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Tague and Bernice Tague (Lively); his sons, Jeffrey and Lonnie Tague; and his brothers, Bill and Clyde Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Karen Cook; his children, Debbie Jewel of Camanche, Ronald Kindelsperger of DeWitt, Dallas Tague (Tara) of Davenport, Kathren Cook of Buffalo, Amy Walk (Kevin) of Momence, Keith Cook of Davenport and Jeff Cook of Donahue; and his sister Patricia Catterton of Las Vegas.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
