With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan E. Adkins (Davenport, Iowa), who passed away on November 29, 2019 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William H. Rodgers and Catherine D. Rodgers (Loos); her husband Christopher G. Adkins; her son Matthew C. Adkins (Katie) of Santa Fe, NM; her grandsons, Nicholas and William Adkins; her daughter Elizabeth Hernandez (Matt C.) of Columbus Junction, IA; her grandchildren, Alex Adkins, Serafina, Maximilian, Olivia and Michael Hernandez; and her sisters, Carol Boomershine, Nancy Rodgers and Cathy Ingels.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the ALS Foundation in Iowa City.
