She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Gene and Willian Marie "Billie" Lewis; and her sister Donna. She is survived by: her children, Donald Henricksen of Davenport, Deana Sanders of Davenport and Laela Widner (Mike) of Park View, IA; and her close friend Diana. She is also survived by four grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
