He was predeceased by: his sister Samantha Jo Lackey. He is survived by: his parents, William J. Sr. Lackey and Amy Lackey (Christner) of Davenport; his wife Samantha Cheresko; his children, Lily Ann, Lyla Rose and William J. Lackey, III; and his siblings, Tara Nelson (Michael) of Davenport, Raymond Lackey (Rachel) of Blue Grass and Rebecca Kirk (Clemmie) of Davenport.
