With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Naomi Soetebeer of Decorah, Iowa, who passed away on December 24, 2021 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Naomi Soetebeer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Brayton and Verda Brayton (Shoopman); her husband David Aaron Soetebeer; her daughter Kathy Robbins; her grandson Eric Sayadinejad; and her siblings, William Brayton, JoAnn Ehrhardt, Patricia Larson, Doris Koppe, Bonnie Halligan and Judith Law.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Bergstrom (William) of Decorah and Kim Soetebeer of Fort Dodge; and her siblings, Donald Brayton of Eagle Grove and Carol Swanson (William) of Iowa City, Iowa.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Shriners Hospitals for Children or the American Cancer Society.
