He is survived by: his parents, Tracey Osmundson of Ankeny and Jeff Osmundson of Ankeny; his sister Miranda Osmundson of Ankeny; his grandparents, Jerold, Joan Osmundson of Washburn and Linda Van Deest; his aunts, Julie Smith (Greg) and Janet Boyenga (Phil); his uncle Jay Osmundson (Maria); and his godparents, Joel Osmundson (Terry), Kenny Van Deest, Kim Van Deest-Leadley, Brian and Darcy Smith.
