With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Barcus of Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on September 12, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Hubert Herbert and Alice Marie Barcus (Collins); her grandson Timothy Allen; her siblings, Baby Barcus, Richard Henry Barcus, Sharon Kay Barcus and Norma Jane Barcus; her close friend Fred Cahhal of Des Moines; her children, Cherie Van Sickle (Frank Hill), Debra Casey, Lori Wood (James Sparks), Carol Rogers (Rob), Todd Meyers, Robert Webb and Gary Meyers; her sister JoAnn Marie Barcus Kinman; her grandchildren, Ronald (Donna), JayCee, Jamie, Harley (Sierra), Randi, Cheyenne, Jalissa, Mary (Daniel), Charles (Sydney), Todd, Katy, Russell (Ally), Bobbie (John), Dusty, Christopher, Earl, Janet (Greg), Derek, Bobby and Billy; and also, Linna Allman and Dale Little. She was also cherished by several great-grandchildren; two great-great grandsons; and a host of other relatives, family and friends.
