He was predeceased by : his parents, John Busch (Mary) and Evelyn Busch (Timm); his sister Eunice Weaver (Herb); and his granddaughter Courtney Costello. He is survived by : his wife Arlene Busch; his children, Terry Busch, Corinne Costello (Patrick), Rich Busch and Mike Busch (Jane); his siblings, Darlene Grosvenor (Delbert), Nancy West (Jake), Penny Erps, Bob Erps (Millie) and Phil Busch (Melodie); his grandchildren, Luke Costello, Danielle Deneke (Anthony), Shunyl Busch, Sylina Busch, Mackenzie Busch, Karlie Busch and Austin Busch; and his great grandchildren, Stella, Colt and Lane Deneke. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 15th 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Home (130 N 2nd St, Eldridge, IA 52748). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 15th 2021 at 12:00 PM at the same location. Those attending are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Donahue Fire Department.
