He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hollis Cooper, Marlyn and Phyllis Asmus; his great-grandparents, Lloyd and Marie Phillips; and his friends, Steve Hagman and Scott Watson.

He is survived by: his parents, Edward Belt and Jane Belt (Asmus); his pet Snoopy; his son Evan; his brothers, David Asmus (Dana) and Nathan Belt (Emily); his niece Elizabeth Asmus; his nephews, Hunter Belt and Mason Belt; and his grandmother Donna Cooper. He is also survived by 11 aunts and uncles; and many cousins.

Those in attendance are required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
