We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2021, Barbara Gantenbein (Dubuque, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Clarence and Elizabeth; her cousins, Robert and Leona Watters; her husband Carl Anthony Gantenbein; her children, Brian Gantenbein (Linda), Brenda Jansen (Randy) and Brent Gantenbein (Rachel); her grandchildren, Nathan, Nicholas Gantenbein, Gail Jansen, Caden, Everlee and Bo Gantenbein; her siblings, Sally O'Dell, Linda Hoftender (Gerald), Rosie Stoffel (Randy), Thomas Waller, Earl Waller (Janet), Alan Waller (Tonya) and Bill Watters (Joyce); and her daughter Gail. She was also cherished by her children and grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Rockdale United Methodist Church in memory of Barb.
