It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Lee Parker of Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on December 15, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Max and Lorraine Lucille Parker (Weber); and his sister Lauren Spect. He is survived by: his wife Leona K. Ryan (Baumhover) of Dubuque; his pet Schultz; his children, Richard Parker (Tracy) and Lisa Lynch (Wayne); his siblings, Robert Parker (Charlene) and Lorinda Steinberg; and his stepchildren, Monica Kurtz (John), Chris Ryan (Christina), Deb Campbell (Kelly) and Dan Ryan (Kristy). He is also survived by 16 step-grandchildren; two step great-grandchildren; two nieces and four nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
