We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2021, at the age of 76, Kathryn A. Badger of Dubuque, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Frey and Cecilia Frey (Begley); and her brothers, Dan and Dave Frey. She is survived by: her husband James Robert Badger of Dubuque; her children, Christina Hutchinson (Daniel) of Omaha, NE and Anthony Badger (Tammy) of Sioux Falls, SD; her grandchildren, Emily, Robert, Charles, Lizzy Hutchinson, Tashlynne, Tayven and Teya Badger; and her sisters, Carole Frey Soppe of Dubuque, Rita Bisping (Herb) of Dubuque and Connie Bastian (Gerald) of Dubuque.
