She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Conrad and Eleanor Conrad (Pollmiller); her husband Richard Faulhaber of Mary's Catholic Church; her mother-in-law Thomas (Bernadine Faulhaber); her son-in-law John O'Keefe; her granddaughter Bernadette Faulhaber; and her siblings, Father Sylvester Conrad, Harold Conrad (Bette), Robert Conrad (Alice) and Ruth Hammes (Marvin).

She is survived by: her children, Debra Dellaert (Gary) of Dubuque, Mary Coultas (David) of Jacksonville, IL, Tom Faulhaber (Brenda) of LeClaire, IA, Christine O'Keefe of Andover, MN and Robert Faulhaber (Jeanna) of Omaha, NE; and her siblings, Herb Conrad, Merlin Conrad (Diane) and Kathy Heisdorffer (Mike). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
