He is survived by : his wife Mary Stelken; his son Jeff (Gabrielle) of Bellevue; his grandchildren, Brody, Callie, Grace and Levi; his son Kevin (Katie) of Satellite Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Billy and Molly; his son Nick (Kara) of Coralville; his grandchildren, Casey, Elliott and Skylar; his son Mike (Kim) of Dyersville; and his grandchildren, John, Rachel, Eve and Noah. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
