She was predeceased by: her siblings, Fred L. Hushak, Pearl Schoenfelder (Hushak), June Casey (Hushak) and Victor Hushak. She is survived by: her children, Dana Rucker (Sara) and Jean Borkenhagen (Rucker); her grandchildren, Tara Lean (Eldon) and Mark Borkenhagen (Kim); and her great grandchildren, Devon, Madison, Koby Lean, Dalton Haddock, Brett, Hope and Gage Borkenhagen.
