It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elmer Eldon Stein in Dysart, Iowa, who passed away on September 5, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Eldo Stein and Hilda Stein (Jacobs); his wife Beverly Higgins; and his sister Mardean. He is survived by : his children, Brenda Krause of Marion, Greg Stein (Cathy) of Elberon, Darby Stein (Renee) of Vinton, Randy Stein (June) of Vinton and Pam Lawless (Russ) of Waterloo. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson as well as several nieces and nephews.
