He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Mullins of Early, IA; his children, Paul Holstein of Marion, IA and Lee Andrea Calkins (Ron) of Fort Pierre, SD; his grandchildren, Dr. Molly Camerer (Ben Rose) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Martin Calkins (Marlin) of Carbondale, CO, Andrea Mitsdarffer (Dave) of Lee Summit, MO and Adam Calkins (Shelby Smith) of Denver, CO; his great grandchildren, Felix Rose, Oscar Rose and Graham Mitsdarffer; and his sister Phyllis Bruns of Alta, IA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
