It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera Brower (Early, Iowa), who passed away on December 17, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kleist and Bessie Kleist (Dearth); her former husband Lloyd Platt; her daughter Linda Zander; her stepson Richard Brower; and her siblings, Calvin Kleist, Leroy Kleist, Viola Rinehart, Irene Gindler and Marjorie Monroe.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Karla, Arlin and Doug; her husband Wayne Brower of Early, IA; her daughters, Janene Combes (Jim) of Nemaha, IA and Lisa Kane (Marty) of Lexington, KY; and her grandchildren, Jason, Megan, Heather, Jesse, Jamie, Jaime, Wade, Kim, Marc, Neil, Amy, Laura, Austin, Adam and Stephanie. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
