He was predeceased by : his parents, Erwin A. Fratzke and Marjorie B. Fratzke (Troxel); and his brothers, Theron and Gayle. He is survived by : his children, Darcy Ann Fratzke, Robert John (Etta), Lynn Joseph (Sioux Falls), Steven James and Brenda Kay Leinbaugh (David); his siblings, Marjanne Fratzke, Enoch (Marlene) and Craig (Nancy); and his friend Cecelia "Sam" Garris. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Memorials in his memory may be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
