She is survived by : her husband Martin; her sons, Adam Spainhower of Eldridge and Nathan Spainhower of Chicago, Illinois; her brothers, Keith Moore of Davenport and Ivan Moore of Eldridge; her siblings-in-law, Mary Moore of Eldridge and Larry Arp of New Liberty, Iowa; and her brothers, Ted (Sharon Spainhower), Craig (Michelle Spainhower) and Conrad Spainhower of California.
