She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Bartenhagen and Alma Bartenhagen (Harder); her husband Al Wayne; and her siblings, Richard "Dick" Bartenhagen and Janice Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Luett of Bettendorf, Steven Spies (Gail) of Muscatine, Sharon Spies (Greg Michael) of Maple Plain and Annette Spies-Herman (Jeff) of Eldridge; her brother William "Bill" Bartenhagen (Marsha); her siblings-in-law, Patricia Bartenhagen and George Taylor; her grandchildren, Chad Luett (Melissa), Kelley Robertson (Todd), Meika Spies, Hattie Spies, Elizabeth "Ellie" Michael and Taylor Michael; her great grandchildren, Calvin, Drew, Nolan Luett, Brady, Ryin and Addyson Robertson; and her pet Kaili.
Memorials may be directed to Faith Lutheran Church or to Genesis Hospice.
