She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Sierk and Camilla Sierk; her husband Calvin "Cal" Hamann; her sister Elaine Fick; and her son-in-law Rick Darnall.
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Hamann, Donna Darnall, Lee Hamann (Jennifer) and Gwen Coobs (Doug); her grandchildren, Eric Hamann (Michelle), Christopher Hamann (Jennifer), Alexa Scherer (Joshua) and Austin Coobs (Savanna Bachus); and her great grandchildren, Peyton, Sophia and Isaac.
Memorials in memory of Phyllis may be made to Faith Lutheran Church, Eldridge or to the American Cancer Society.
